Brian Clemente is a Theatrical Director based in Upstate New York whose work has been seen at various Community, Educational and Professional theaters across the Northeast.

Ever since he began directing shows in his backyard at age 16, he has been
committed to developing emotionally resonant stories and performances.
​​
In the New York Capital Region, his work has included everything from large scale musicals to intimate plays. He has directed numerous Regional Premieres including Theatre People, or the Angel Next Door, The Glorious Ones, Popcorn Falls, Erma Bombeck: At Wit's End, and Andrew Lippa's The Wild Party.
​
As an Assistant Director, he has worked with Stephen Hamilton on a multitude of projects that include the 2015 Guild Hall production of Arthur Miller's All My Sons starring Alec Baldwin and Laurie Metcalf, and the American Premiere of Ben Woolf's Angry Young Man at Off-Broadway's Urban Stages. He has also had the privilege to work with Scott Schwartz, Moisés Kaufman and Jimmy Maize.

- Assistant Directing for Stephen Hamilton on The Fitzgerald's: A Reading with Music featuring Alec Baldwin and Stephanie Zimbalist at Westport Country Playhouse, and on Fahrenheit 451 at Bay Street Theater
- Directing The Mystery of Edwin Drood for Schenectady Light Opera Company
